Stressed

Ready for some sort of miracle

We forge on. 

Hoping that your energy is matched. 

Battling thoughts of “what’s left if I give you my all?”.

You have my heart, however, my mind is scattered.

Unable to be still when situations made me feeling less then.

Unvalidated emotions lead to seeking deep seeded sessions.

Though unswayed by the thoughts and critiques of the outside world 

Still, between us, unconsciously scared to be embraced. 

Taking that leap of faith.

Lo and behold, We prevail.

Overcoming societal stigmas 

Etching our own path to happily ever after.
